My penis drips for a while after I urinate.

I had rough sex with my girlfriend awhile ago. She thought it would be cute if she bit my penis. She did it three times and it really hurt. After this happened I noticed the when I urinate it burns, and it drips for awhile. I can also feel pressure around the base of my penis. At first I thought I had a STD but I tested negative. What could be causing this problem?
