I did not have my penis foreskin circumcised and when my penis retract its skin during sex intercourse my penis get shorter then its usual size ... as it touches the vagina my penis head gets very sensitive pain over it...

That's quite unusual. I don't know if circumcision or the lack thereof has anything to do with it, but you need to get yourself to the doctor. You could have an injury, an infection, a complication, or something else. A doctor would be able to help you.
