This has been going on for a week or so. I had sex and fell asleep with the condom on. It doesn't hurt when I pee, but my penis is wrinkled all up.

How on Earth have you managed to fall asleep with a condom on?

Anyway, I would see a doc. It could be yeast infection because of he spermicide from the condom or some kind of skin irritation.

Considering it has been happening for a week, you better get yourself something to treat it.
