My penis is about 1/2 inch when cold and usually very small

On a typical day my penis is 1 inch and there are rolls of skin on it, it sucks. Then when i get a erection it's about 4 1/2 inches. Is there any way to keep it at 4 1/2 inches? sometimes it's is kinda hard to pee. Please help.

i dont think so.imagne if you tryed to pee with a hard on ,i heard it hurts sometimes.i think your normal your penis is supposed to be small when not hard Rolling Eyes
