My period is late and I need to know if I am pregant or not

I got off my birth control at the end of August and since then I have had normal periods. This month however I am already 3 days late. I was supposed to get my period December 25th and I haven't yet. I always get it every 28 days and in the early morning. I have minor head aches, lower back pain, frequent urination, and also a think milky white discharge. I am extremely bloated and I have been over exhausted lately. I think I have many signs of being pregnant but I have taken 1 home pregnancy test today and it came back negative. What should I do?

Wait another few days, get tested again and see what it turns out.

The symptoms could be either pregnancy or PMS, it is hard to tell the difference.
