Hi, I don’t know what to do, I am very scared. My reality is a bit shaken, and I hallucinate often. Do you know what could be wrong with me?

Hi, maybe you have some mental problems. It is nothing you should be embarrassed about, many people have them. You didn’t say much about your condition, but it looks like schizophrenia. Of course, it doesn’t have to mean that it really is. You have to be examined before you get a proper diagnosis. Go to doctor as soon as you can, and tell him everything about your shaken reality and hallucinations. Maybe you have a depersonalization disorder. It’s characterized by sense of being outside yourself, watching everything from the other angle like watching a movie. It will maybe turn out that there’s nothing wrong with you, but to find out that, you’ll have to visit a doctor.
