I know this issue has been discussed before but I would be very glad if you help me. I joined this forum just for this particular question but I guess it is very important to care about your health...
So anyway, yesterday my right testicle started to hurt. It happen all of the sudden and today I noticed a small lump in my the testicle but as if I find it in different places every time I try to. It feels like a little rock and it is that hurts me. Could you please tell me what could it be? Once before (long ago) I had such pain for a day and it passed so I don't want to go see a doctor still. Could it happen because of overmasturbation? The pain doesn't become stronger or weaker. It hurts only when I touch it.
Thank you in advance.
PS: I'm 14 years old. |

I suppose you already read similar topics here. However, it could be a lot of things. My suggestion is to see your doc. Every time you feel the pain in tactical area and it last longer then a day, then go and see your doctor immediately! Don't play with your balls, boy!
I had similar problem years ago and my urologist diagnosed epididymis. But it doesn’t seem like this. In most cases it is a pimple, ingrown hair or rash on the scrotal skin. Anyway, only a physician can make a positive diagnosis!
Don’t delay and be embarrassed, go see your doc immediately! |

Hi, thanks for the advice and I was planning to visit the doctor but... The pain has disappeared and when I touch the lumb I just feel it. The lumb is smaller too and it takes me time to find it. Do you think everything's ok?
Thanks! |

Probably it's ingrown hair or a under skin pimple. Anyway if you still have severe and chronic pain, then go and visit your doc.
Does your testicle feel swollen?
Do you feel pain when urinating?
Did you ever have blood in urine or your sperm?
Do you feel abdominal pain, vomiting, nausea?
Testicular pain could be also connected with a lot of other kidney or liver disorders, so don't hesitate to visit the doctor if you still feel uncomfortable. |
