My right testicle stings really bad, What is going on?

Please, i am 14 and i was just playing xbox then out of nowhere my right testicle began to itch, then bout 20 sec later I felt sharp stings in my right testicle, i tried putting itching powder on it, still stung. I even checked it with a mirror and i saw nothing. what's going on?
