The situation: Hi, I'm a 23 year old male and ever since I can remember, it's hurt to pee after ejaculating. Sometimes after ejaculating I find a small amount of blood coming out while peeing. Now I'm noticing that my ejaculation is causing sores on my penis if left on and not cleaned up afterward. This is fine in most circumstances since I clean up anyway; but take today for instance where I was supposed to meet somebody. I was not sexually active last night but it was definitely a sexually charged night. I must have had a wet dream and today I woke up to find these embarrassing, painful raw blotches around the tip of my penis.


The Facts: I've been tested for Chlamydia and a slew of other std's for my painful urination but came up negative every time I got tested. I do have HPV and I did have manifestations of it at one point but they are gone now due to stress management. I've seen doctors before but most of them agree that it sounds like I might have a blockage that when freed might cut my urethra to cause blood on it's way out of my system. But this doesn't explain my sores now.

My only idea is that maybe my ph is off. Does anybody know something I don't? Because I can't even think of a good search term anymore.
