My sister taking 8 paracetamols a day! How bad is this?

Hello! My sister has terrible headache and she takes eight paracetamols a day. How bad is this? Yesterday she felt nausea and had diarrhea. I am afraid that this high quantity of paracetamol will harm her. She says you can't be allergic to paracetamol and that it has no side effects. I know paracetamol it is known as very safe drug, but I am still very concerned.

It has almost no side effects and allergies are very, very rare. But, she forgot one very important thing – toxicity. Paracetamol overdose is proved to be very dangerous. When overdosed your liver's function is endangered and your life may be in danger as well. Since your sister already has symptoms of overdose (diarrhea and nausea) take her to the hospital as soon as possible!
