My son has Problems Getting Up In the Morning

Hi, my son who is 11 years old has problem with getting up in the morning. He used to go to the bed late at night, but lately he goes to sleep at 10. Why is it still hard for him to get up in the morning?

Hi, I like to sleep a lot and if I go to bed late, I need to sleep longer in the morning. In my teenage years, I rarely went to bed before midnight, and I’d almost always sleep longer in the morning. But, I realized that there is the high correlation between success and rising early. My productivity was almost always higher when I would get up in the morning early. I could achieve more throughout the day. And I also feel well and have become active goal-achiever. I had a big problem to get used to getting up early. Whenever my alarm went off, I wanted just to stop that blasted noise and go back to sleep.
