That would depend on how far along you think you could be.
It is common for you to feel something hard in that area while you are pregnant. However, Most women can not feel their uterus that high up until they are at least into the second trimester (3-6 months pregnant).
If you think you may be early into a pregnancy, then it is extremely unlikely that what you are feeling around your belly button is a baby and since pregnancy causes your muscles to relax it isn't just a symptom of being pregnant. However, if it is not because you are pregnant, then I suggest getting it check out. There are other reasons for it. If it is infact your uterus expanding without a pregnancy, it can be caused by something else such as fibroid tumors.
