My stomach's not showing yet in pregnancy

My wife is pregnant. She is a little skinny. She use to be a model. She is 13 weeks pregnant. Her stomach is not showing yet. The doctor says that everything is fine, but I notice that she is a little tense and worried. Tell me is that normal, to be 13 weeks pregnant and not showing?

Please do not worry. I have been pregnant for four months and the stomach was not showing. My sister also had the same situation even twice, with both girls. It is perfectly normal. It just depends from her body, and her baby. Maybe she or he (you did not tell) is small. The stomach will pop up don't worry, sooner or later. And it probably is suddenly.
