Although it may not be an STD, it could still be a bacterial infection. Most bacteria that end up in the reproductive tract come from gastrointestinal tract from anus. Bacterial infections could certainly cause burning sensations.
When you say that your testicles have dried…do you mean that the skin on scrotum became wrinkled and dried or scaly or that your testicles have shrank in size?
If your testicles have shrank in size, you need to see a doc immediately because this is an emergency. It means that the blood is not reaching the testicle and it may dry out and die (atrophy) and it may have to be removed.
If the skin on the scrotum has dried, and yet you feel the burning, it could be some fungal infection because the pelvic area is very susceptible for fungus growth because it is always warm and moist.
One thing is certain, you do need a doctor’s evaluation. The sooner you do it, the better! |

| The EXACT same thing has happened to me, i have no clue what it is. Two days ago my ball sac got really red and sore, mostly from behind from where i can't really see it. The next day it was still painful so i looked there and there was open skin. Iit looked kinda bad. Now today I would say its even worse, its glazed over, still sore and has what looks like black scarring marks on my skin. Should I see a doctor or will this heal by itself? |
