Is this normal for a 17 month old boy to start hitting his penis. He used to explore it while changing but now he is hitting it hard and trying to take his trucks and drive over it. Is this normal emploring or should I be concerned?

hah hah hah dont worry ...boys will be boys toddlers will be toddlers just try to tell him no and he will out grow it lol
