My very first symptoms were hot flashes and night sweats. These things were that dramatic so I needed often to get out of bed to change night sheets. I tried everything to stop this, but with no success. My only highlights of those days were my truly understanding husband. You may ask, why I am writing this. This is for women who need to understand what is happening and how support of your partner is important. There is five year since then it is all gone and I am myself again.
