NO WAY! You cannot take anything that will go into your baby's body. Remember how diet pills can hurt a woman's heart. Well, imagine your dosage times what? 20?!! That baby cannot digest a dose like that. It can deform her kidneys, liver, heart or even kill her!!!
Just go walking with her in tote for a nice relaxing stroll every day. You will both benefit.
Don't be lazy with weight loss. There is no miracle pill anyhow.
Just traditional exercise and eating right. Make sure you eat plenty of calcium and vit D. I ended up having my calcium depleted from nursing and pregnancy. I took my Pre natals and everyting. I now have osteoperosis and have had 5 teeth hollowed and capped. before the age of 34.
