NOT PREGNANT but swollen tender breasts fatigue brown spotti

i am 20 years old and have always had issues and severe cramping with my period but recently have experienced 2 missed periods accompantied with dark brown spotting . my breasts have been swollen and tender for almost 2 weeks now, i always feel sleepy and hungry, experience lower abdomenal cramping three quarters of the day ( everyday ) sometimes severe enough to make me stop what i am doing, and i am having problems passing bowels . and by the way have been tested at doctors office and not pregnant . i need to know what is going on with my body it is getting out of control . if anyone has any answers please please inform me !

You may have endometriosis. has your doctor suggested testing for that? It involves an outpatient surgery but it sounds to me like that could be what it is.
