Nathan Pritikin diet

Hello. I am a woman who is 32 years old and I had a baby few months back, and I gained twenty kilograms during pregnancy. I should be thinking of loosing some weight now. I heard a lot of positive stuff about Nathan Pritkin diet, but I have no idea what that could be. Is there anybody who knows something about this diet? Does it works?

And I can not say how pleased I am with it. during the diet you eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, and sometimes a bit of meat â€“ like fish. The guy who invented this diet have cured his own heart disease with it, and his son is now rich as hell.
