I am interested in getting primary rhinoplasty in New York City. I would like to very subtly correct a bump and hanging tip without drastically changing my appearance.

Does anyone have any recommendations or complaints about surgeons?

I would say go to Dr. Pastorek in NYC. He is really a comforting man and is a great surgeon.
