Hello! I am 43 years old man and I need advice. Namely, I want to know is there any natural way to prevent hair loss. If there is, I kindly ask you to tell me what I need to do to prevent hair loss. Hello! Well, you will need to eat food full of protein. Protein contains five amino acids which prevents hair loss. Also, you should eat all of food groups. Do not eat junk food. You should take vitamins, too. I can tell you that complex of vitamin B is very useful and you can find it in beer (nice, right?). Hope this helps you!
