| Ever since I was little, I have always had bad cases of strep throat. The past two times that I have had it, I was put on a medication that is the strongest they could give me called Augmentin. I have found that this antibiotic is so strong, that it gives me yeast infections. The first time I was prescribed this medication, I took a Night/Day Monistat Treatment and the results were fine and I did not have any kind of side effects from it, and the yeast infection went away almost instantly. This past week I had my period, and i'm still on my regular schedual for menstration, but this time, when I got my yeast infection from the augmentin, I took another monistat treatment, and when I woke up in the morning I was very nauseated and dizzy. And then last night, I woke up at about 1 a.m. with very bad stomach pains ((almost like menstral cramps)) and took a very hot bath, and soon after, I got diarrhea. I then read the back of the monistat box and saw that if any of those symptoms occur, my condition could be worse. I'm a little afraid though. What could it be?? |
