Nausea, chest tightness, cramps

I am experiencing some very frustrating symptoms. I am a 23 year old female. I have pressure in the center of my chest, it actually feels like my chest is just really tight, I experience nausea almost everytime I eat and at night and when going to bed. When I am nautious I feel a lump in my throat which just makes it worse. I feel more tired than usual (I get plenty of sleep). Also after just about every meal, I get terrible stomach cramps (along with nausea) and feel an urgency to go to the bathroom. When I am nautious at night I also have problems with frequent urination (5-6 times an hour). Lastly, sometimes during the day but mostly at night the chest tighness is acompanied by a sad/doomed uneasy feeling. I am very frustrated because I am 23 and I never feel good. I hate feeling this way. Please, any information would be helpful. Also, I am not pregnant.
