Nausea with no abdominal pain. Shooting random pain in my va

for the past few weeks, i have been getting a knot in the back of my throat that feels like i have to vomit, but i rarely do. it brings no abdominal pain, it happens pretty any time, especially at the end of the day when i am laying in bed..

i have unprotected sex with my male partner and i am late starting my period by over two weeks..

Could i be pregnant?
