I have one so annoying feeling rather feels like a side stitch that will not go away. Since I have been reading too many things on the Internet and now I am having an anxiety attack because of this. I feel nearly constant stomach problems and I am afraid my symptoms could be pancreatitis. Did anyone experience something like that with drives him crazy. Can you tell me any possible reason for this constant problem?

First, I have to tell you it is very hard to give right diagnose with so little info about your symptoms. You should definitely visit your doctor who should examine you and find cause of constant stomach problems you are complaining. Until then, I can tell you some reasons of pain you might feel and which are annoying usually. Since you have not specified exact place you feel pain and disturbances, I shall say few different causes. For example, stomach pain tends to be more centralized and to the right. Contrary, pain that is towards the left tends to come from the colon. This is very common with anxiety and accompanied by gas and flatulence or constipation. Problem might be caused by kidney, usually colicky in character and much sharper than your description, or spleen. Pancreatitis causes severe type of pain in the midline of the abdomen, which could be referred to the back. All these condition requires doctor’s exam and appropriate treatment. That is why you should not wait any more.
