I am hardly typing this post... I woke up with the pain in my neck- I am only 25 and never had such experience. I can’t turn my head. What is wrong?

I think your pain will be more tolerable tomorrow and even bearable after tomorrow. You were sleeping in a strange position that is why this Neck Pain has occurred. Usually the Neck Pain improves within three to four days noticeably and fade away then completely- first day is the worse. Gentle massage would help a little.
