Nee advice on my symptoms

I have been tired more than usual for weeks. Achy joints, trouble sleeping, night sweats. I have been hypothyroid 13 or more years and take medication. I also had a hysterectomy a year ago. I went to the doctor to get an RX refill and bloodwork. She commented that my throat glands were swollen and my chest sounded a little wheazy. The only test she ordered was for my thyroid levels. Before I left the office I started getting raised bumps on my face and jaw. I came back and showed them to her and she said it looked like something bit me. This morning the rash has grown covering about a 3" by 2" area.

Do you think the rash is related? Why didn't she pursue the swollen glands and wheazy chest? Any idea what all this means.
