Need Advice to Help Whiten Teeth

Hello,
I was at dentist yesterday and she “cleaned” (I do not know the expression) my teeth. I go there every 6 months or at least once a year for that matter. I notice stains on the inner side of my mouth. What should I do to keep my teeth white?

Ok,
Here are some useful tips: quit smoking!!!! Also quit drinking coffee (even tea).
If you want to keep your teeth whiten, try, for example, Crest whitestrips or some other whitestrip product.
