From what I have read it has to have minerals as well. You need to make sure you’re getting all those things like selenium, magnesium, copper, and zinc and at a minimum, a multivitamin must have 100 percent of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of all the major vitamins and minerals. I can’t tell you any specific brand, but you will find everything you need if you are following this.
