Ok,
Here is one suggestion. No pills, just healthy food. Do you like rice? It is very high with vitamin B, then lots of vegetables, fruits. No pork, no hamburgers!!! Eat fish, chicken, turkey is ok. Try not to eat bread, but toast. And do not eat at least 2 hours before bed time. Aha… exercise. At least 20 min running daily … I guaranty success!!!
