they could be closed canker sores, burns in the mouth, or small cuts from accidentally poking yourself in the roof of your mouth with sharp food. rinse your mouth with salt water for a few days and see if it helps. If you have just started a medication, call your doctor because you may be having an adverse reaction to it.
