Need help on my intense headache...

I am 23 male. Around a year ago, I have first started have headaches. They come and go usually by mid-day and by afternoon. Usually, I used to have them twice a day. For about last 6 months they went away. A week ago they came back. They drive me crazy. Usually the headaches will be followed by a feeling of 30mins long extreme sleepiness and bit of watering eyes. When I touch under my eyes just around my cheeks left side hurts alot. I was thinking sinus related... may be?
I have quit smoking 6 months ago and I dont drink alcohol. What is wrong with me? I am having one right now and it has been nearly 40 minutes. My last headache was yesterday evening around 7pm (which I have treated with pain killers).
Does anyone know about my condition?
