My fiancee is 23 years old and has had the same pain in his testicals for probably 2 years or more. He lives with the pain for reasons I dont know. He has been to his doctor once and was told to try wearing a jock strap for a whle and see if that helped things. Well of course he wasnt willing to walk around with a jockstrap on so he bought breif underwear. They have not helped. I spoke with him today and he asked me to locate a local urologist so he can get a second opinion. Here are his syptoms if anyone has any guesses or suggestions. He has had this pain for over 2 years. It is in the right testical and hurts constantly, it goes upto his stomach and down his leg. the testical that is in pain is also higher than the other. He says he has not felt anything abnormal "lump wise" and says its just pain. PLEASE ANYTHING WILL HELP. Thanks!
