I am having all pregnancy symptoms/ i think i am 3 months pregnant.

all the tests have been negative.
i ve been to two different doctors and they could n't tell me if i was or not . or why i was having those symptoms.
am i pregnant?

my mom said it could be a tubal pregnancy
