Help! I also have the same nervous rash......and it is completely debilitating. I'm only 27, but I have missed so much in my life due to this horrible nervous reaction. I break out when nervous/mad/excited/etc. I have to wear turtlenecks when I know I'll be talking to people or giving a presentation. But when I'm caught off guard it's horrible. My neck and face look like they are on fire. Does anyone have any suggestions?
