Neurontin (Gabarone), is an anticonvulsant used to treat nerve pain and seizures, I believe as a drug treatment option for fibromyalgia symptoms. Pharmacologic treatments of arthritis include: topical preparations, dietary supplements, anti-depressants, herbal remedies, muscle relaxants , non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, Tylenol, painkillers. The use of opioids is a common therapy to treat musculoskeletal pain, Vicodin, Lortab, MS Contin, Avinza.....
