Never had a late period, whats going on?

Im new to this. Im 19 and I normally get my period on the 23rd of everymonth and it lasts for 6 days, or atleast lately it has been that way. After I was done with it in October a few nights later I had sex with my boyfriend and I dont use BC and we didnt use protection. He pulled out but I heard you can still get pregnant. Its now the 25th at 5:06 AM and I just had a little bit of spotting and it looked like a brownish color. I took a pregnancy test earlier today and it came out negative. Ive had mood swings lately and nausea started tonight. Ive been real emotional and have had some food cravings and then at times I could only eat very little. They say that some women just have feelings that they are pregnant, and for some reason thats how I feel. Maybe its just me. But I know I havent been myself lately. Im not sure what to think, and I just want to know what you guys think about this. Please help me out.
