New mole on back, Stomach cramps and pains

Recently a new mole appeared on my lower back, it doesn't hurt or anything but around the same time I started having stomach cramps and pains. I heard that melanoma can appear as a mole but would it cause pains internally? Its only been a few days but if it is melanoma I want to catch it early. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
