New to makeup....i need some tips

hello well im 16 and recently iv decided to start using make up....i was wondering what most girls my age use for make up on their face? i already use eyeliner and mascara but i also want to use somthing to make my freckles and a few pimples less noticeable and maybe brighten up my face a bit. im very pale with alot of freckles and blonde hair. i do break out very easily also and my face is very oily so i just need some suggestions on what to get and how to use it.

if u could name the products u think i should use and any specific brand could also be helpful, thanks
