I got tired of using the things you used too. I just started this new one today. You need an electric toothbrush and make sure the top part isn't sharp...that would hurt lol. Put it anywhere next to your clint and turn it on. If it has power settings do the lowest first and work up to the highest setting. You should feel the effects by at least 30 seconds later! And no you don't need to stick anything up there. Afterwards fingering will feel really good.
