Nipple rash - extremely worried and seeking help

I dont have a good relationship with my mother; we have a contentious relationship, so I didnt immediately tell her what was wrong. If I did, she would accuse me with a heap of sexual activity (which I have not done) and make matters worse..

Thing is, about a month ago, I developed a dry rash on my nipple that was very itchy at first. But over time, it has gotten bigger. It's not dry not and oozes out some liquid. I tried dabbing some antisthetic over it, perhaps to get rid of bacteria, but it hasnt helped. I always cover it with a bandage or a small tissue before putting my bra on so it doesn't stick to my clothes.

Can anyone explain what this may be? And if should look out for other symptoms that may coincide with this?

I would greatly appreciate any information!

I was worried it was a mark of Paget's disease since the symptoms matched and related to the pictures that I viewed. However, I'm clear. I didnt' visit a doctor, but it slowly going away and returning to its normal condition.
