I am really getting down by this problem. I have had big puffy Nipples since I was about 12/13. I havent seen a doctor about it but you can see them through t-shirts and everything. Its really embarasing and looks really wierd. My friend had the same problem but his just, went away. Mine hasnt still after months. I have looked it up but its mostly men and excersise or surgery that I find. Please can someone offer help for adolescents. I am 15 years old, 6 ft 4, average/slim weight. My Nipples are about 2cm wide and stick out about 1 cm. When cold my Nipples are perfect. But with heat they stick out and look stupid. I have spoken to my mam who used to be a nurse in a cosmetic surgeons practise and she said its normal at my age due to hormones and what not. I really would like to get rid of them. Someone help. =]
