Hi, I can tell you from my own experience to avoid or stop taking , too much coffee, fried food. Too much stomach acid may lead to heartburn. Ulcer is connected with presence of H. Pylori, but maybe you have some other form of the disease. You can take phyto medication, deglycerrized licorice root, to promote healing of intestinal mucosa. I have been using it for two months now, and it has been great relief for me. Mint tea is also recommended in these conditions, as it calms down upset stomach and stimulated digestion.
