I had been starting to feel the baby move daily, yet still very light. I am 19 weeks right now. I haven't felt the baby move for a couple of days. Is this normal??

If you are concerned, but you know you are feeling movements not just fluttering, lay down in a quiet room when the baby seemed to have been the most active after drinking a glass of orange juice (mountain dew, or coffee - none of which will hurt you if you have 1 or 2 glass/mug(s)). Give yourself time to relax and focus on your body. If after an hour the baby still doesn't move, give your OBGYN a phone call and I'm sure they'll do what they can to settle your concern.

Just remember that babies have cycles of their own, wake and sleep, and they have tons of energy one day and not the next. Try to not stress and let me know if this helps.
