Every since I remember I was a little, humble and skinny boy from the neighborhood.
In my second grade, I was very short and my low weight was not so visible at that time. But when I entered puberty years, I suddenly grow up but my weight stayed the same.
I was terrified by my look. My “friends” realized that also and I became a school joke and mascot.
I didn’t like it very much but, no meter how I eat, my weight didn’t change at all, so I decide to start with body building.
With time, strong and hard weight lifting helped me and I started to feel more self-confident.
I gain more weight and I started to look “normally”. Only thing I wasn’t satisfied were my hands. No meter how I tried my bicep didn’t change at all, so again, I wasn’t satisfied with my look.
So, I was wondering is there any bicep routine that could help me to build my bicep more large and strong?

I think I know what is the problem with you and your hands and bicep. You are probably over training your hand muscles and that causes no effect what so ever.
Your bicep are one of the smallest muscle groups on the body and as such are easily over trained!
Too often, weightlifters tend to over train their bicep.
Remember, bicep are not big muscle group like legs or chest. They are a small muscle group so too many sets of heavy barbell curls will leave your arms feeling shot and overdone.
You must stop with training at the moment you realized your hands are tired and that they need a brake.
If you want big bicep then work the big muscle groups. Too many people focus upon this small muscle group, as well as the chest and abdominal muscles. Stimulating the largest muscle groups, stimulates the largest production of growth hormone which will than stimulate those small muscles.
