No blood flow and clotting periods

Hi i hope someone can help me.

Since my misscarriage and d&c 8 months ago i had 2 regular periods.Since then I don't get my period regularly and when i do there is
only clotts with no blood flow and i only pass this clotts when i go pee
there is no blood on my pad.

Please someone give me some advice.
