Hi,

I just found this website by googling and I hope I can put my info here and somebody can look at it. I've been consulting my doctor for it and all tests came negative, still I'm not sure if they overlooked something.

Diagnosis from my doctor were a flue, psychological problems like anxiety and other stuff. It may or may all be good but I'm feeling there may be more to it so please check it out.

I'm currently expereriencing (starting from around 2-3yrs ago) in order of most -> less often / severe

- recurring fever mild to severe (occasionally up to 41.5c) though usually mild. recurring within 3 monhts usually, lasting for 4 days max, first day worse than later days (to be expected, right?)

- daily headaches. Starting 2-3 years ago I had daily headaches in the morning, the longer I slept, the worse (note: i cannot sleep longer than 9 AM, that alone is sometimes causing me headaches). Headaches may disappear during the day, sometimes not. Sometimes it seems weather dependent, I can feel the difference - this is other headaches. Always same spot of my head affected (right side 2oclock). headaches seem to get less now that i stopped smoking (i wasn't a heavy smoker anyway) and stop drinking (i wasn't a heavy drinker). Still headaches will not go away completely, maybe less intensive.

- dry eyes. I never had much problesm with my eyes except that I'm quite bad shortsighted, but I never had dry eyes or running eyes or funny eyes or whatever. running glasses, used my contact lenses probably around 15 years ago for 2-3 years only.

- tiredness & lethargy. Feel always tired, difficult to work thru a whole working day. Did some sports until a 2-3 weeks ago (weekly tennis, not much i know), i'm usually not a very active person but i don't mind taking stairs instead of elevator. you get the picture.

- regular diarrhea. actually not really regular, just like right it's a mild form of diarrhea that won't go away. i may possible just having a flu right now. sometimes blood present in stools (would be bright red)

- slight rashes on the legs (very mild only, can be just skin irritation)

- tingeling skin. just sometimes but i never experienced this when i was younger (I'm now 35). sometimes my skin genuinely feels like something is touching it, i can't tell the difference just when i look there's nothing. this never happened before but now happens a few times a day

- joint pain. fingers, elbows, wrist, knees, sometimes the "bones" hurt. difficult to say, not really serious, just never before.

====================

That was probably the most i can come up with. Naturally I'm concerned why i always have fever & headache, yet my doctors say it's fine. I never really had much fevers when i was younger, like once in 3 years. Or even less. Now I can almost put my alarm on it, it'll come after 3 months. (not true, this time it's about 4 month after the last one)

Stopping smoking and drinking (I was smoking around 5 cigs a day lately, and drank around 3 beers a week) helped me getting rid of some of my headaches but they still are there. Just not so strong anymore. They are always at the same spot. I had a very bad migraine 1.5 years ago and went to the hospital during that (I couldn't make anything out of it as I never knew about migraines much). They did a complete health check, blood check, CT and weeks later (that was expensive, I paid it by myself) an MRT with no results.

I consulted my doctor and he (actually its a she) said I should see the specialist for internal (?), they did a number of checks (i think they checked every aspect of my blood, including well known diseases and other stuff) and they came up empty handed. Got some urine checks, all ok.

I'm running a proper diet, eating not too many fats, doing quite a lot of vegetable avoid fast food (once a month only).

I drink only water (tossed coke, beers, other stuff), just for breakfast I have a mild coffee.

That's all. A lengthy post. Please let me know what you think Smile

Thanks!

Tom
