No erection...no matter what stimulation I get.

I've masterbated for many years and always had rock hard erections. The last two months my erections started to get soft and now I can't get an erection at all. I have pain just below the head of the penis on the bottom side. It feels like there is liguid inside my penis in this area and I'm having a hard time empting my penis after urinating. It seems to leak out after a few momments but still feels like there is something there. Is this a sign of ED or is it just a mental issue? I've read up on this and it's all very confusing on what may be the problem. Any ideals?

The reason you are not getting an erection is because you might have Multiple Sclerosis. That is a neurological disease and it is lifelong. Other symptoms may include blurry vision, tingling or numbness in legs and arms, etc.
