Hello, good people. I have a problem with constipation. I am 52 years old and I have never had such problems before. I even don't eat junk food any more. Nevertheless, I still cannot have normal stool. I would like to know what to do. I have tried with teas, but that was not so helpful.

Hello to you too. You can try with paraffin oil. You should eat cereals You should eat bran with milk or yogurt. Nevertheless, it is very important that you visit a doctor. Your age is critical for certain serious bowel diseases. I would even consider some tumor. That is why it is very important to see a doctor. If there is something serious, it will be discovered in time and eliminated. Please, let me know what you find out. Bye!
