| Hello, good people. I have a problem with constipation. I am 52 years old and I have never had such problems before. I even don't eat junk food any more. Nevertheless, I still cannot have normal stool. I would like to know what to do. I have tried with teas, but that was not so helpful. |

| Hello to you too. You can try with paraffin oil. You should eat cereals You should eat bran with milk or yogurt. Nevertheless, it is very important that you visit a doctor. Your age is critical for certain serious bowel diseases. I would even consider some tumor. That is why it is very important to see a doctor. If there is something serious, it will be discovered in time and eliminated. Please, let me know what you find out. Bye! |
