No period in 1 year but bleeding after sex plz resond

Hello,
I am almost 23 years old and I haven't really had a period in a year. I thought I had started a couple of months ago but it was more of a dark thick discharge and only lasted 2 days. Kinda like I usually did when my period was ending. When I have sex or masterbate though I bleed ALOT and then spot usually the rest of the day. Ive also had alot of lower pain and it sometimes feels like something is poking up inside me like sharp quck pains that usually take my breath away. Im terrified of the gyno and have never been but am planning to but I thought I would get an idea of what it could be before I go.

also nothing has really happend stressful in my life, i am overweight but always have been and it was never a problem with my periods.

I dont really have an answer to your question but wanted to share my story. I had a baby a year ago and didnt have my period for a year as well. Had some discharge like at the end of my period. I didnt breastfeed so I should have it. Im kind of scared because iot can be many things. One of the things that is the scariest is early manopouse. It happens to some women. There is a site that gives you some facts about it. But the most importaint thing is making an apointment with your OB GYN they can run some tests to see whats going on. Good luck.
